- 1. Yes. AAA and severe pain must mean rupture.
- 2. US cannot confirm or exclude a rupture but the clinical picture is worrisome so it must be treated as such initially (call vascular surgery, blood bank, etc. urgently and immediate CT).
- 3. Unlikely as supra-renal AAA rupture is rare.
- 4. No, there is no free fluid seen so rupture is excluded.
