• I graduated MB CHB from Dundee university Scotland, UK  1990 
• Obtained full registration at GMC in 1991 
• Completed full residency in South-West Radiology training program in Bristol and became the First Omani Radiologist to obtain the FRCR UK in 1998
• Obtained the Certificate of completion of  Specialist training in Radiology, UK 2001
• Completed One year fellowship in Abdominal Radiology at McMaster University in 2002-2003
• Founding member and former program Director of Oman Residency Radiology training program
• Founding Member and former President of Oman Radiology and molecular imaging Society
• Founding Member and current president of Oman society of ultrasound in medicine 
• Chairman of Radiology technical committee in Ministry of Health, Oman
• Chairman of organizing committee for The ISR Congress in Oman 2020 (cancelled due to Covid Pandemic)
• Co-President of WFUMB Congress 2023 Muscat, Oman 
• Senior Consultant Radiologist at the Royal Hospital, Ministry of Health, Muscat, Oman since 2003
